Ground-Up Development

NovaBay is active in ground-up developments in markets across the United States, with a focus on the Southeast, Midwest, and Northeast. As rental housing specialists, we identify opportunities in growing, supply-constrained and tough to replace markets that are capable of generating significant long-term returns. Through joint venture agreements and other partnership structures, we collaborate with trusted developers and operators to fund and oversee the design and construction processes of brand new housing projects. Upon completion of the development of these, NovaBay executes long-term business plans to oversee lease-up of developments and applies our operational expertise to ensure long-term success.
